Shipping Policy

We process and ship most orders in 3–10 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Canadian holidays. If your order is delayed, we will let you know and give you the option to withdraw your order. Items that are "pre-order" will have ship dates based on the criteria for that specific item.

If you live outside of Canada, your shipment may be subject to import and/or brokerage fees, although shipments going to a North American destination often do not incur these fees. For more information, you can contact your local customs authority.
