We process and ship most orders in 3-10 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, ON, Canada. Items that are "pre-order" will have ship dates that may depend on the criteria for that specific item.

Shipments bound to Canada or the USA will not incur import fees on delivery. If you reside in a country other than Canada or the USA, you may have to pay import fees and/or other related duties to your national customs authority. We do not collect these fees at time of purchase, so it will be your responsibility to pay when the package arrives. Don't forget to take this into account when buying, nobody likes surprise fees!

International customers (excluding USA) please note: If your order contains a battery product (Deepthroat Trainer, Chastity Lockbox, and/or Wireless Remote) it will be shipped via UPS, who will likely charge a brokerage fee.
