Will it work with my cage?

Lockbox holds your key, so you can keep using your existing cage. It’s designed for standard keys. Have an unusual key shape or size? Ask us before ordering and we’ll help check.

Do I need a keyholder?

Not at all. Set yourself a timed challenge, try a random duration, or hide the countdown. Plan your breaks and make the session your own. A keyholder is one way to play; solo is another.

What if my internet drops out?

Lockbox keeps working offline and has controls on the device. Remote control and online status updates need an internet connection.

Can I take breaks?

Yes. You can schedule hygiene breaks into your session. Lockbox also has an emergency-override feature. Check your release settings before you start. If you’re sharing control, agree on them with your keyholder too.

How do I get my Chaster Plus code?

We’ll email your redemption code after your Lockbox purchase. It gives you two free months of Chaster Plus. The email also links to our integration guide to help you connect your Lockbox.
