Set up your Trainer, choose your session, and follow your progress in the R+D dashboard.

  1. Set up your space.

    Use the suction-cup backboard to mount your Trainer on a smooth surface, then attach your training toy.

  2. Get connected.

    Connect to Wi-Fi and pair your Trainer with your R+D dashboard account to save your sessions.

  3. Find your rhythm.

    Choose Repetition, Endurance, or Freeform, calibrate for your toy, and work at a pace that suits you.

Deepthroat Trainer + Chastity Lockbox

Turn training XP into time off your lock. Pair your Deepthroat Trainer with the Chastity Lockbox for a little extra motivation.

Enable the integration in your lock conditions, then choose how many minutes each training XP takes off. Your training becomes part of your lock session.

  1. Enable the integration.

    Turn on “Enable Deepthroat Training” in your Lockbox lock conditions.

  2. Set the rate.

    Use the settings beside the toggle to choose the minutes deducted per training XP.

  3. Make training count.

    Earn XP in connected training sessions to reduce your lock time at the rate you set.

Lockbox is an optional addition. Your Trainer works on its own, and the integration follows your chosen lock settings.

Do I need a subscription?

Core training, device pairing, and session tracking are free. R+D Ultra adds advanced and early-access features, but it is not required for the basics.

What comes with the Trainer?

The Trainer comes with an acrylic backboard with suction cups and a USB-C cable. Training toys are optional; choose the toy and accessories you want on the product page.

Can I use a toy I already own?

Yes. The Trainer works with compatible suction-cup toys. Add or select your toy in the dashboard’s Toybox and calibrate it for accurate depth tracking.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is needed to upload session results, earn Training Points, and fetch updated training templates. Offline training does not currently earn or upload points.

Do I need a Chastity Lockbox?

No. The Deepthroat Trainer works independently. Add a Lockbox when you want to turn training XP into time off a lock session, using the rate set in your lock conditions.

How does partner access work?

You can connect with partners through your R+D account to share training and review progress. Partner connections apply across the devices on your account. Changes to a training template take effect when a new session starts.
